TERMS OF SERVICES

OVERVIEW

 The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to “Dribblets”. The terms “beneficiary”, “receivers”, “NGO” are referred to the Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO)s, “you”, “user”, “donor” are referred to visitors and donors.
By visiting our application, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the application, including without limitation users, donors, or beneficiaries.  
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our application. By accessing or using any part of the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the application. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

SECTION 1 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

 In order to have access to this Application and perform any donation, you represent that you are at least the age of majority (18 years old) if you wish to donate.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of this Application.

SECTION 2 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

The NGOs will be creating their own account on our application, where they will be sharing their information, portfolios, and scope of work.
We are not responsible if information made available on this app are not accurate, complete, or current. 
We are not responsible for your reliance on the information on this app.
 Historical information found on this app is not current and is provided for your reference only.

SECTION 3 – SERVICE

Dribblets is a social media platform the groups together Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in one application with the objective of assisting them achieve their funding goals.
This application will show you several NGOs including their scope of work, history, achievements, etc.
Users can perform monetary donations using the application.
Dribblets will be posting your name and the amount of budget donated explicitly unless you wish to donate anonymously.  
If any user wishes to donate to any of the NGOs, he shall follow the procedure governed by the application.
Users holding Lebanese bank accounts will be redirected to the NGO’s website to perform their donation using the link found on the chosen NGO’s profile on our application.
Users holding non-Lebanese bank accounts (not located in Lebanon) can donate either on the NGO’s website or through Stripe, a payment gateway that connects the application with our bank account. In case the donation was conducted through Stripe, the donation will be transferred to Dribblets’s  bank account where we will be retransferring the donation to the NGO . (Stripe fees are on their website www.stripe.com)
Stripe will be collecting your billing information and it will be governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.
Dribblets will be cutting 1.5% as a fee any donation conducted from a European Bank Account.

SECTION 4 - ACCOUNT INFORMATION

In order to login with us you are asked to sign up and create an account providing your full name and email address.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account information. You agree to promptly update your information.

SECTION 5- THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Stripe is a payment getaway that connects the application with our bank account where it facilitates for users to donate.
Stripe will be asking you for your billing information that it governs by its privacy policy.
Features of stripe will appear on the application.
Third-party links on this application may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

SECTION 6 – NEW FEATURES AND SERVICES

We may in the future, offer new services and/or features through this application. Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

SECTION 7- USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence; to pay compensation for any comments; or to respond to any comments.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
You agree that your comments will not violate any of our rights or of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related webs may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

SECTION 8- PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information through the application is governed by our Privacy Policy. 

SECTION 9 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on this application that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information.
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on this application.

SECTION 10 - PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using this application or its content:
 for any unlawful purpose;  to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; to submit false or misleading information;
 to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of this application, other applications or websites, or the Internet; to collect or track the personal information of others; to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape;  for any obscene or immoral purpose; or to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the application or any related website/application, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the application for violating any of the prohibited uses.

SECTION 11 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service through this application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.
Dribblets is not liable for any donation you complete on the NGO’s website.
Dribblets is not liable for billing information you present to Stripe.
Dribblets is not liable for the refund of any donation.
Dribblets is not liable for any of the NGO’s scope of work.
Dribblets is not liable for any arising relationship between you and the NGO.

SECTION 12 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Dribblets  and all associates by law and, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SECTION 13 - SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

SECTION 14 - TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate your use at any given time.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, or you are using the service through this application for any illegal, unlawful reason, we will terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our application and services.

SECTION 15 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this application or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

SECTION 16 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the State of England.

SECTION 17 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

You are expected to review the most current version of the Terms of Services each time you use our application.
We reserve the right, to update these terms at any given time without notifying you.
